Namibian President Hage Geingob said under Xi's leadership, China has achieved rapid economic and social development and has made remarkable achievements in the country's buildup, and China is on its way to building a prosperous, strong, democratic, culturally advanced, harmonious and beautiful socialist modernized major country.
The leadership of the CPC is the defining feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics, he said, urging CPC members to shoulder the historic responsibility of leading the people in the great social revolution.
"The Chinese people share a common belief that it is never allowed and it is absolutely impossible to separate any inch of our great country's territory from China," Xi added.
He said China will continue to provide support and assistance for Gambia's economic and social development.
The Republic of Korea's President Moon Jae-in said it is hoped that China will realize the Chinese Dream early under Xi's leadership and make greater contributions to peace and development in Northeast Asia and the world. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the China-ROK Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, and Moon said he would like to work with Xi to take the bilateral ties to greater maturity and into a new era.
Over the past thousands of years, the Chinese people have been united and stuck together through thick and thin, built a united country with various nationalities, developed harmonious relationships between 56 diverse and interwoven ethnic groups and formed a big Chinese family where they keep watch for and help defend each other, Xi said.
